TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are stating that you've read and agreed to the following terms.
PAYMENT, REFUND POLICY AND USE OF THE ARTWORK• Payment will always be upfront, and through Paypal. Only send it after I've accepted your commission. I won't start the commission until the payment is sent.• Refunds won't be made once I've already taken on your commission. If I’ve gone over 3 months with no communication, you can be refunded. Likewise, If something happens and I find myself unable to complete your commission, I'll let you know and I will refund you for any work that didn't get done.• *Commercial use of the artwork is not allowed and you can't claim it as your own. Should you use it or upload it anywhere (shared on social media, banner, profile picture...) make sure to credit me properly with a link or an @ to my social media. If you're planning on reposting it anywhere like a website, you must ask me first. You don’t need my permission to share it with friends, just don’t claim you made the artwork.
This includes NFTs and AI generated images. You do NOT have the right to mint/sell the finished commission for NFT purposes, and I do not allow my artwork being used for AI.• Edits of my artwork such as filters, animated versions, etc, require my permission first- don't be afraid to ask! Just make sure my signature is there, or the credit is where it’s due if you plan to post it. Exceptions for this would be cropped pieces for profile pictures.MY WORK PROGRESS• Reference images are required. It can be a moodboard, a few images of what you want your characters to have, etc, but I won't accept a description which is purely a block of text. This will make everything faster and easier for both of us!• My wait times are heavily weighed down by my studies, my queue or the piece itself. Regardless, I'll always give you an estimated turnaround: usually this is up to 3 months. During holidays, I may take up to a month. If I am very busy and there’s a possibility I’ll take longer, I will let you know.• Updates on the piece will be given out by me! I will always update you during the sketch process, the lineart and the coloring. I will also update you if there's no progress yet! You're also free to follow your commission progress on my Trello. However, feel free to poke anytime.• Changes to the piece will be free during the sketching process, so please ask for those once I send you the sketch updates- don't be afraid of telling me! Once you've given me approval to start coloring and/or lineart, any changes after that will be a +20% of the initial price.✔ WILL DO

• Fanart, original characters, real people
• Characters with blood or very light injuries
• NSFW (only +18)✘ WON'T DO
• Mechas
• Feral animals or underage characters in NSFW content
• Fetish content
• Any sort of feral genitalia
• Content which might include self harm, abuse, or similar triggering content

• i will NOT do artwork including any underage characters, lack of consent, animals (feral), or feral genitalia
• i will also not do any kinks or fetish art that make me uncomfortable
• i am in every right to decline your commission
• i like having artistic freedom with the composition on these, always making sure that you're okay with my idea-
so please keep that in mind when agreeing to commission me!
